Section 15
Cost Estimate To Be Updated
(1) If the procurement is not made as per the cost estimate approved pursuant to Rule 14, the public entity shall update such a cost estimate in each fiscal year in pursuance of the process referred to in this Regulation.
(2) The public entity shall not make an invitation to sealed quotations and bids or proposals for a consultancy service without updating the cost estimate pursuant to this Rule.
